To talk about ethics we must know what ethics is. Army leaders act based on their behavior and experience through their military career. The ethics is part in our everyday life and we as senior leaders must recognize what is good or bad when involved in ethical dilemma. The ethics represents our character and human behavior. The ethics influences on us to act accordingly with honor, justice, selfless service, courage, loyalty, and truth. This ethics paper explains how our Army tries to do the best for our Soldiers and faces some ethical problems, and how I faced to some ethical problems and found solutions for the same.
