In this paper I will cover my opinions and views of the Department of the Army Centralized Promotion System. These are strictly my views, which are not based on any substantial facts. I will share all of my personal opinions. I will reference some particular incidents that I have either witnessed or experienced but no names will be used. All situations will be hypothetical and slightly exaggerated for effect. Please take note of the main points and hopefully I can effectively convey how ethical dilemmas and unethical behavior actually do play a part in the promotion. Please do not be offended by any situations referenced in this paper.
