The Army has Seven Army Values. We instill these values in our new Soldier recruits from day one of training. The Army should use these same seven Army values during the process for recruiting. When I joined the Army I wanted to be a Soldier, no one had to sell it or lie to me. Civilians will become Soldiers for all the right reasons if recruited from a professional recruiter. If new Soldiers recruited by the Army complete the process knowing the truth up front these Soldiers would be dedicated to the mission and more likely to re-enlist. I will show errors in the Army's recruiting process that is nothing short of false advertisement.
