Sometimes during our military career, doing the right thing is very difficult. All Senior Noncommissioned Officers must be prepared to mentor our subordinates in the areas of, following orders, coming in first, zero defects, portions of the NCO Creed, and the NCO Charge. As Senior NCOs we must make every effort in doing the right thing although doing what is right, is also one of our responsibilities to provide role model guidance to our subordinates.
