In December 2006 following the events of 9/11, the United States Chief of Staff General Perter Shoomaker testified before Congress on the importance and sweep of Army transformation. Since World War 11, our Army has been one of the most significant reorganization, to ensure that the formations of all components are fully manned, equipped and trained.
