This paper talks about my last duty assignment which was an AC/RC assignment. My duty location was Fort Sheridan, Illinois. I will start from permanent change of duty station in Hawaii and end with my arrival at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. I will cover I was selected for this job and why I hated the tour of duty and why I feel that I cheated professionally and how I grew personally.
