The paradigm shift of technology through the dynamics of warfare, bridges the relationship between military history, theories, and doctrines to better combat opposing forces of today and future operations. From the conception of the Continental Army to present, technology has posed problems, inspired, and motivated the professional spirit of the NCO Corps. Non Commissioned Officers have adapted and endured many complex challenges for generations; nevertheless, training to standards and adopting tactics for future mission success. To better combat the enemy and save the lives of our forces, we must continue to make improvements, train and understand the past from lessons learned; make the right choices in comparable circumstances, and not be the ones that face demise due to a lack of military history and knowledge.
