Our government officials and combatant commanders have been challenged by a lack of timely and accurate actionable intelligence, and the results have often been characterized as intelligence failures. While some might argue that solutions to these challenges are often found through newly funded programs and equipment, it is actually the labors of innovation found throughout our NCO Corps that propels our intelligence efforts forward in the face of these challenges.
