This volume contains a narrative of events during the years 1920-1921 divided into quarters, and specifically including the ratification of the Treaty of Versailles, conditions of life for Americans and Germans, the Kapp Putsch, the Ruhr Revolt, sanctions, black troops, and the Bergdoll Case.
