The purpose of this study is to discover the various cases on Aviation laws which have been decided in the courts of last resort of the various jurisdictions of the United States and other countries, and classify them under the general sub-divisions of the law which they may pertain. Then to analyze the facts presented in each case with the opinion (if any be given) of the court and its holding, and from these draw the rule involved if any there be.
