This study attempts to serve as a historical study and analysis of the United States Military Assistance Program to Cambodia during the period 1970-1975. The study is focused on the Military Equipment Delivery Team, Cambodia, which was charged with administering and directing the Military Assistance Program for the Khmer Republic. It is hoped that this study will be of assistance not only to military historians, but also to those who may at some future time be charged with determining policy and organization, military doctrine, and training and tactics for the security assistance effort should the United States again be charged with providing support under special circumstances similar to those which existed in Cambodia.
