Purpose: to review foreign developments in tanks and antitank weapons, and foreign doctrines and techniques in the employment of such weapons; to review Army field forces present antitank weapons and techniques, and current antitank development projects; to clarify Army field forces present and long-range tactical requirements in view of the facts adduced in a and b, above; to recommend changes necessary in present Army field forces antitank weapons and techniques to meet the immediate tactical requirements; and to recommend the antitank developments considered necessary to satisfy foreseeable future requirements. "Possible future trends in Soviet armor" was presented by Lt. Colonel George Artman. "Possible future trends in Soviet antitank, tank, and self-propelled artillery, and possible future Soviet antitank capabilities" was presented by Captain William G. Shaw III. "Statement of tactical requirements for antitank weapons as visualized"- Training Section, Office, Chief, Army Field Forces. "Anti-tank conference"- Mr. H. L. Allen. "The hollow (shaped) charge projectile"- Colonel Eckert. "Antitank conference"- Colonel Colby (Ordnance Department, Detroit). "Description of current development and future development of artillery"- Colonel R. Z. Crane. Other presenters include Dr. L. B. Hedge (Ordnance Department), Colonel L. B.
