Following is a translation of a pamphlet on strategies in guerrilla warfare, written by Mao Tse-Tung and published July 1949 at Hong Kong. This is an air intelligence information report. The 1st edition of this pamphlet is presumed to have been published just in the midst of the war of resistance against Japan chiefly recommending how to use the guerrilla tactics for the Chinese Communist Army, having no concern with the current warfare in Korea or any movement of them in Korea.
