The subject of this document is the termination of community assistance project RCS SCARGC-20 (R2) (Part II). Santa Isabel, Panama, was the location where the townspeople requested community assistance of the 8th SFGA, whose general objectives included providing community relations services and medical treatment. This letter, complete with pictures, addresses the project (start and finish), expenditures, general background on the community of Santa Isabel, the impact made, recommendation, and lessons learned.
