From Organizational and Unit Mission: 351st MUSARC:...the 351st Civil Affairs Command (351st), in addition to being a Civil Affairs unit, is a Major US Army Reserve Command (MUSARC) with responsibilities of command, administration, and guidance to twenty-four other US Army Reserve Units in the Sixth Army Area.
