From 1991 supplement: Executive Summary: FY 91 provided the 120th ARCOM the ultimate opportunity to evaluate itself as 39 of its units were activated to support Operation Desert Shield/Storm. All staff sections were actively involved as the ARCOM facilitated the transition of these selected units to a war time status. Significant cross-leveling of equipment was accomplished to ensure each activated unit achieved its authorized equipment load. Family support activities were coordinated for the families of the deployed units. From 1990 supplement: Executive Summary: The major event of FY 90 was support provided to Operation Desert Shield. We contributed 15 units, substantial equipment, and committed extra manpower during August and September. Other significant commitments were Operation Just Cause and recovery efforts from Hurricane Hugo.
