From the 1996 supplement: Mission Statement: This mission of the 11th Signal Brigade (Headquarters and Headquarters Company) is to direct and coordinate the installation and operation of Echelons Above Corps and contingency communications systems as assigned by the U.S. Army Information Systems Command in support of world-wide combat, humanitarian relief, and drug interdiction operations, and manage the training, administration, and logistics support of assigned and/or attached units.
