This summary present an assessment of the threat; status of the ROK-US alliance; to include readiness, operations, and training; my priorities status of the ROK-US alliance; to include readiness, operations, and training; my priorities as CINC UNC/CFC/USFK; and my vision for the area of responsibility and US interest. I will attempt to highlight the volatile and unpredictable situation on the Korean peninsula, as well as the challenges this presents.
