This paper discusses both IJC Wargame and the relevance of this wargame to TRAC. In March 2011, the international Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Joint Command (IJC) conducted the IJC wargame in order to inform their quarterly campaign plan. The wargame supported the synchronization of efforts among the relevant actor’s missions, confirmed the concept of operations and key challenges, refined objectives and commander’s intent, validated decisions, verified priorities, developed branch plans, refined assumptions and risks, and identified the focus of future planning efforts.
