This chapter examines the military use of engineers between the years of 1950-1953. This chapter is the use of military engineers in Germany and Europe during the build-up after World War II. Many new facilities were built such as adequate training areas, supply depots, new hospitals, improved air fields, innumerable amenities, including recreational fields, theaters, gymnasiums, bowling alleys and post exchanges.
