This finding aid is the product of nearly eight months of data collection by Dr. Shannon A. Brown, with generous support provided by Dr. Todd Clark, the other members of the DAHP team, and the military history and defense acquisition in the DOD. This bibliography includes only published and unpublished studies, government publications, organizational and system historical studies, think-tanks studies, academic studies, and unpublished dissertations. These works included a wide spectrum of analytical approaches and acquisition topics.
