This handbook describes the lastest TTP for a platoon-level route clearance mission. It informs officers and soldiers on how to employ the new route clearance vehicles. Three mine-protected vehicles (MPVs) used for route clearance are described: the Buffalo Heavy Mine-Protected Vehicle (MPCV), the "RG-31" Medium Mine-Protected Vehicle (MMPV), and the Husky Towing Mine-Detection Vehicle (T/MDV).
