The study assessed the perceived level of MOS proficiency training of 91B TOE personnel, the number of tasks in which 91Bs felt proficient, where the training was provided, and the job satisfaction of the 460 medical enlisted personnel surveyed at Fort Hood, Texas. There were significant differences in the distribution of respondents at the work centers (Darnall Army Hospital, Troop Medical Clinic, Bn Aid Station, Evac Hospital, Motor Pool, and Other). Work center location significantly affected the amount of training the 91Bs received, the level of proficiency perceived, and the satisfaction of the respondent. (Author).
