"The project was a field evaluation of certain wheeled and tracked off-road vehicles, and was conducted jointly by the Transportation Corps and Ordnance Corps. The project consisted of two major phases: one phase was premaneuver and postmaneuver testing, and one phase was an evaluation of equipment performance and transportation techniques employed by the Transportation Board in logistical support operations during the field exercise phase of USARAL winter maneuver Great Bear. This report summarizes results of evaluations conducted during this period."
