"Case narratives are reports of what we know today about certain events that took place during the 1990-1991 Gulf War. This particular case narrative focuses on the only known destruction of Iraqi chemical warfare agents by US forces during or after the Gulf War. These actions resulted in the potential exposure of US soldiers to low levels of nerve agent. The report covers the full spectrum of government efforts to determine the extent of the potential nerve agent hazard areas and to notify US forces who were potentially exposed.
