The first folder contains a report of temporary overseas liaison duty, information on ordnance vehicles, general items on vehicles, supply and depot operations, ammunition, maintenance, engineer, Signal Corps, and the Medical Corps. The second section is a "report covering all subjects and questions as set forth in instructions for officers making round trip to AK and for North Africa" (security of mails and security measures, safety at sea, administrative procedure, mess, police and sanitation, recreation and morale, debarkation, after debarkation, and return trip). Finally, the third section shows reports of oversea observers/observations, as well as having a roster of ordnance officers (North Africa, Sicily, and Italy).
