The inclosed material is to used in familiarizing all officers and soldiers of you command with certain of the policies, rules and restrictions in effect for the Armerican forces in the United Kingdom. In general they pertain to four subjects: a) The lack of color-line in the UK; b) Security; c) Furloughs, passes and leaves; and d) The British and their habits.
