Discusses alleged murders or attempted murders, acts of cannibalism, instances of rape, and other violations of the Laws of War including those involving medical personnel, the use of the Allied uniforms and use of the White Flag. Also discusses the Laws of War as interpreted by Japanese Official sources, their relation to Japanese Military Regulations and statements and orders of Japanese Military Commanders.
