23 hour subcourse designed to provide the student with a working knowledge of historical mobilization data, existing plans for mobilization of the US Army and the influence of lessons learned from major mobilization exercises on these plans, and the nation's strategic mobility capabilities. The student will study the process of planning for the mobilization of a reserve component (RC) roundout brigade at a divisional installation and the deployment of this force to an underdeveloped theater. This will lead the student to the analysis of mutually supporting plans at the division, installation, and RC roundout brigade levels to accomplish force mobilization and deployment.
