S381 examines the capabilities, limitations, and other employment considerations for combat and combat support units and how these factors affect mission accomplishment. With this as a basis, and given terrain, a threat situation, and a fully developed course of action, the student will apply the fundamentals for employment and the principles of allocating forces to develop an appropriate task organization.
