Access is restricted. Individual development course providing background information and techniques necessary for an activity director to fulfill his responsibilities for basic resource management. While the primary focus of this course is financial management, the scope extends to interface with manpower and materiel management. Current army systems and procedures used in the allocation and control of limited resources are examined. Selected management decisions made at army installations, affecting both the operations of the installation and TOE units, are analyzed with conclusions reached being applicable to resource management at all operating levels.
