21 hour subcourse introduces the historical development of Soviet military philosophy and resulting force development and employment. It examines the organization, weapons, equipment, doctrine, tactics and capabilities of Soviet combat, combat support and combat service support units from the tactical through strategic levels with emphasis on operations.
