White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), an element of the US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), is an installation of the US Army Developmental Test Command (DTC). WSMR provides quality test, evaluation, research , assessment programs of the Army, Navy, AIr Force and Missile Defense Agency as well as some U.S companies and allied nations.
