Develop and conduct resident and nonresident courses of instruction to meet individual training requirements of the Armed Forces of the United States, other departments of the US Governments, and foreign personnel in the fields of security assistance, internal defense and development, Special Forces operations, psychological operations, civil affairs operations, and civil-military operations during unilateral, joint and combined operations for all intensities of conflict. Develop operational concepts, tactics, techniques, organization, force structure, and material systems for security assistance operations, internal defense and development operations, Special Forces operations, psychological operations, civil and combined operations for all intensities of conflict. Develop and disseminate procedural guidelines for the initiation and processing of requests for security assistance training support and keep all appropriate headquarters, commands, and agencies informed of TRADOC's capabilities, assets, and limitations concerning this support.
