This Environmenta Assessment (EA) evaluates the effects of implementing projects indentified in the Range Development Plan (RDP) and four Fiscal Year (FY) 2008 Congressional insert projects. This EA is a tiered EA that falls within the scope of the Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) of the Ongoing Mission (USACE 206a). The document provides an evaluation of the potential environmental consequences associated with two alternatives: the No Action Alternative and the Full Implementation Alternative. The EA has been prepareed in orcder to determine if a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) should be prepared. The evaluation of environmental consequences determined that neigher alternative would result in significant adverse or beneficial impacts.
