Attention is invited to inclosed reports which are forwarded for use in training of CIC personnel. The reports have been separated by Captain Cox who is acting as training officer of the CIC Section, into various categories covering the subjects taught in the CIC course. The reports from the SWPA have not been separated but are submitted in their entirety. Reports which contain material believed to be of value for training or of general background CIC interest will be forwarded to you as soon as they are received by this Division. It is requested that all reports be returned to this Division as soon as your use for them has ended. Reproduction of any of the reports or extracts thereof for training purposes authorized.
